  - Poor internet. Always getting cut off and painfully slow, despite a number of "upgrades" that were made to it.
  - Little to no security - a number of residents have complained about there being no security guards like with other halls while the CCTV cameras are few and far between. We also had issues earlier in the academic year with the front gate not having a lock, meaning that anybody can literally walk up to the front door of our flat.
  - The office is barely ever open - Staff are hardly ever present meaning that when we have issues or queries, it takes ages for it to be addressed.
  - Lost post - Many individuals have had their post has go missing with Dwell's official line being that they take no responsibility for any postal deliveries.
  - Noise - the walls between flats are extremely thin meaning that often noises can be heard from the corridor and other flats.
  
  Though the accommodation is very cheap, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
