  Nissan GTR, lovely car but these guys are amateurs at delivering a respectable service to potential clients.
  
  Scheduled a test drive for a new GTR at Nissan Westway Manchester, went in, made me wait 10 mins before anyone had the time to speak to me. Then after another 25 mins, they realised that they had forgotten about me!
  
  I didn't bring my driving license with me as no email confirmation was sent with instructions and even the phone advisor failed to tell me. Lost 2 hours of business time and then a further 2 hours of my life waiting and driving through traffic to visit these plonkers.
  
  They then scheduled a test drive with a sales exec to bring the car to my property at 11am yesterday. I called them at 11:15am and discovered that the sales exec has had a family bereavement (took them 5 mins and placed me on hold to come up with that excuse) and forgot to notify me.
  
  They could have called me at 9am and save me from waiting around so I can get on with my day.
  
  Again, wasted my time on a Monday morning and failed to notify me.
  
  If you are looking to purchase a performance car then best NOT to go to Manchester Westway Nissan and find yourself an independent performance car dealer because they have their heads screwed on and appreciate their clients time.
  
  I will never get my time back and if you are a business owner or consultant or just a family person, you know how serious it is when you waste another persons time especially when they want to spend money with you.

  My husband who is disabled and was after a motorbility car wanted to test drive a Nissan X Trail automatic, the salesman I spoke to claimed they didn't have an automatic in for him to test drive. He went on to say it could be April or May before he could get one in!
  
  Across the road they have hundreds of cars. Frankly I don't believe they haven't got an auto over there. I would have thought Nissan Manchester owed it's motorbility customers a better level of customer service.
  
  Sort yourselves out guys, your garage isn't up to standard it should be.
