  I’ve been training with Duane since February now and I love it. Not had a trainer before so wasn’t sure what to expect, had only really done a bit of cardio at the gym before maybe a few squats here and there. Duane won’t push you for things he doesn’t think you’re ready for. He makes sure you have the technique right before piling on the weights. I’m proud of where I’ve come so far and I know I have a long way to go but I think it would have taken a lot longer if I didn’t have Steele physique.

  Have been going to the Fat Burn sessions every Saturday since just before Christmas 2017 and I can honestly say that it’s done Me a world of good. I’ve noticed that I’m fitter not just physically but also mentally. The group is very nice and we all motivate each other. I was very dubious about joining a group session at first but since joining I absolutely love it and the banter that we all have.
  Duane is an excellent PT, he is really passionate about fitness and nutrition and he really motivates you and pushes you to strive to achieve that little bit extra that you never knew you had in you. I would really recommend him if you are looking to just get in shape or if you are training for an event. His knowledge knows no bounds! Cheers for helping me get fitter!
