  I applied for a designer role here. After submitting my application I was invited to take part in a skills test by Lizzie Bennett, who appears to be the owner. I was informed "We only ask that all accepted applicants complete this task so we may get a feel for your design style and see if it can be adapted to our brand style also! This task will not affect you being invited in for an interview; we are inviting you in regardless!" I undertook the task and submitted it but didn't hear anything further. I followed up twice but she ignored me both times. I wonder if there even was a vacancy or whether they were trying to get some people to do some free work for them? There's no phone number for the business anywhere online and no privacy policy on their website, so it looks like they're not complying with the data protection act.
