  I had some gold coins & jewellery to sell(i inherited them in my mothers's will).They treated me like i was a thief.
  They only want to deal with wealthy customers(like footballers & ''celebrities''), customers who are working class, they treat them like they are all thieves,,, even middle class professional customers, they treat them the same. Since the shop opened last November, they have had 2 managers.
  I would advise the general public to AVOID this ''posh'' pawnbroker.
