  Gone down hill with anti social behaviour as far as I'm concerned their just not interested. Live in a apartment block with no pets allowed and three weeks ago my 7 year old daughter was bitten by a dog on the block and needed hospital treatment and put on antibiotics. Three weeks later and the dog is still here after lots of phone calls. And a visit from the the anti social behaviour team. Well complaint is going in on Monday and legal advice on Wednesday.
