  Only been once (not busy hour) and it was nice, staff were helpful and offered samples. The gelato was very tasty, only draw back is maybe it was a little on the sweet side. The cost are pricier than soft serve, but this should be expected, especially given the gelato is made from organic milk. I’ll be definitely returning.
