  Terrible communication - my grandma is born in India and would understand an order better than they did. The amount of times I had to repeat and confirm my order was ridiculous. The first worker I spoke to had to pass it on to another one and he still didn't fully understand me. Took me 20 minutes to order over the phone, simply because they kept misunderstanding something. PLEASE get some staff who can speak and understand English fluently to get better reviews.
  
  They didn't take a contact number, and wrote my address and order down wrong at 1st, luckily I kept confirming the order.
  
  They said it would be 20/30 minutes and it was almost double that.
