  Worst viewing experience! After waiting for ten minutes at the entrance in cold and wind, I called the office to see where they were.
  
  Told me they were late and didn’t manage to call me (?! For someone who took time off work for this viewing, it’s an unacceptable excuse) and besides that, they also just realised that they don’t have the keys to the flat they were meant to show me and will show me a different one with the same layout?!
  
  Twenty minutes later and the guy wasn’t to be seen anywhere, right keys or not.
  
  If they can’t manage a five minutes viewing how can they manage a long term let?!
