  It use to have friendly helpful staff until Rory joined the team. Doesn't answer the questions you ask - he would be better off in politics!! Also overpriced repairs with no guarantees. Will not be using again even though will have to go further afield. PS have since been to TImpsons in Tesco, Stretford - the guy there is much more pleasant and chatty - would recommend using this Timpsons plus much easier parking.
