  My flowers were never delivered and no-one has got in touch with me to let me know about the issue. When I asked for a refund I've been promised it will be processed asap. It's been way over a month now, I've made numerous phone calls and messages and my refund still hasn't been processed. Never ever experienced worst customer service. David Wayman this is really embarrassing.

  First time ordering flowers from David Wayman. After seeing amazing bouquets and good reviews highly disappointed with my flower delivery today. The flowers are not fresh, wilted and the bouquet does not look anything like the picture on the website where I ordered from. I understand that the florist try to imitate as close as possible but it's not been worth the £38 I had to spend for a small bouquet.
