  We had a good experience until... my boyfriend found a very long black hair in his burger. I wouldn’t have wrote a bad review if the manager had dealt with the matter in a fair matter: instead of removing the main course (£13) from the bill, she gave a small £7 discount on the total. Why would we have to pay for a main course we couldn’t even finish?! We had to ask her to remove it, which she did: too late!
