  Disgusting customer service and disgusting function room. MOUSE POO found on the buffet table, Chair and Table Cloth covers stained and dirty which they expect you to pay £35 for, dirty toilet in need of attention as guests chose not to buy as many drinks due to not wanting to use the toilets provided. Christening celebration spoilt due the lady who runs the pub and saying that's it was 'her pub she can treat people how she wants' changing her mind ON THE DAY of the function when guests from Manchester, Slough, Wales, London and Milton Keynes had arrived of the finishing time which was agreed as 11pm when the money was taken to 6:30pm on the day. Not ok when you have family and friends driving from those distances to celebrate what should have been a special day. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE!!!
