  HORRIBLE - I had to challenge them with a number of legal stances to get my deposit back. Throughout the tenancy they were aggressive - the actual estate agents themselves talk about 'respect' when you're speaking to them and outlining where they are incorrect. To put it in perspective, there was an entire 10 working days in a row where one of us had to wait in for an engineer that was NEVER COMING - absolute waste of time. Would not recommend them to anyone.
